Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by
Awakened Hypnosis. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
Awakened Hypnosis offers hypnotherapy, hypnosis, and coaching services for individuals.
The number of private sessions depends on the individual needs of each client. The major
purpose of the services is for vocational or avocational self-improvement. Issues of
psychogenic or functional origins are treated with psychological or medical referrals
(Business and Professional Code 2908).
Payment and Cancellation
Payment for services must be made in full at the conclusion of each session. Deposit for the
first session must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling the initial appointment. The amount
of the deposit varies depending on the price of service. Awakened Hypnosis accepts a
variety of payment methods, which are identified at the time of scheduling. Reschedules
and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. A notice
of fewer than 48 hours will require a regular session payment.
Results Not Guaranteed
While Awakened Hypnosis is convinced that you will gain benefit from the Program and that
you will be able to make the changes in your life that you envision, it does not, however,
provide any guarantee that you will make specific changes or attain a specific level of
success within a specific time frame. Any and all changes ultimately depend on the
individual’s path and timing.
Limitation of Liability
As a result of using the services of Awakened Hypnosis, you may experience healing at
different levels. Any healing you may experience will be the result of your mind/body
realigning with its own idea of perfect health. Awakened Hypnosis does not provide medical
or health advice. Awakened Hypnosis does not engage in medical practices.
