Hello, and welcome to my site. I am thrilled to have you visit. I am a certified hypnotherapist, a transformation coach, a spiritual teacher, and a professional  educator, serving people who are awakening to a greater vision of themselves and a greater vision of reality. My life’s purpose has always been to be a teacher and a guide, and I became aware of that calling when I was seven years old. I went through a first wave of spiritual awakening in the early 1990s and a second one in 2011. Over the years my focus shifted to helping others navigate the awakening path. At the end of 2014, I sensed that my life’s direction was about to change. During the next three years I lost almost everything I had – my father, my husband, a job, income, and passion for a career in education I had been ardently pursuing. During this time I was guided toward hypnotherapy as a tool for awakening and self-realization, and urged to re-examine my personal limitations that kept me from shining my Light and being seen for who I truly was – an old soul and a shamanic teacher. I came out of my dark night of the soul with a clear sense of my new purpose – helping individuals heal from past trauma, pain, fears, and doubts, and awaken to their talents and strengths, wishes and dreams, self-worth and self-love, their higher wisdom, and their greater potential. Everything I do with my clients is focused on helping them find their way back to their own true shining selves and empower them to become conscious creators of their lives. I coach, guide, and support, and through that I honor my own path.
